The license fee includes updates to the respective Evaluation Specification for the one-year licensing period. 

The license key will be delivered by email after your purchase.

Please note that a license key can only be used with the Evaluation Specification Browser (ESB) Web Application. The Evaluator's Application Suite (EAS) applications require a different license key.

You may also wish to request a free of charge Digital Content License, which entitles you to gain access to the central Functional Requirements Repository (FRR) for one month. Please find instructions on how to obtain a license here .
