You do not need to download software if you wish to use the Evaluation Specification Browser (ESB). The ESB is a Web Application, which runs in your Web Browser.
Each Evaluation Specification requires a Digital Content License.
You can use the Evaluator's Application Suite (EAS) software and the Requirements Package Browser to access the Requirements Repository.
