The RFP Response Editor (RFPREdit) is available in two editions:
- The Offeror Edition
- The Evaluator Edition
An offeror would receive a Public RFP as a computer file, which would
be loaded into the RFP Response Editor. Once all Requirement
Fulfillment Statements have been provided, the offeror sends the RFP
Response via E-Mail to the RFP issuer organization. Alternatively, if
the RFP issuer organization may allow the offeror to upload the RFP Response file to a Web server.
In case an offeror is not prepared to provide an RFP Response file, the user organization may decide to prepare an RFP Response itself, which will probably be based on verbal or written information received from the offeror.
The following animation refers to the Offeror Edition.
