The RFP Editor (RFPEdit) allows you to open a previously generated Private RFP (Request for Proposal), edit RFP specific information, and generate a Public RFP.

To make available the Public RFP to prospective offerors, you can either distribute it via E-Mail, or you can upload the file to a Web server, from which it is available for download.
