Let us go forward in time and assume that 2
RFP Responses have arrived from vendors. The next step would be to create an
Evaluation Project Spreadsheet in order to actually compare products. To do this, start up the Evaluation Project Spreadsheet Editor and create a new project.
Step 5: Creating an Evaluation Project Spreadsheet
An Evaluation Project is based on a Private RFP and one or more RFP Responses. Of course, you will normally have a minimum of two RFP Responses, unless you just want to profile a single product. Offeror-prepared and self-prepared RFP Responses can be mixed.
