A Private Request For Proposal (RFP) contains information that is required for comparing RFP Responses that you will receive from vendors. For example, a Private RFP contains information about the relative importance of Requirement Groups and Requirements. As another example, it may also contain private comments, which are not meant to be seen by vendors.
Step 2: Generating a Private Request For Proposal (Private RFP)
You must change the Evaluation Specification status to "Approved" before you can generate a Private RFP (Request for Proposal).
