The Evaluation Project Editor (EPEdit) enables you to bring together the Private RFP and multiple RFP Responses that were received from offerors. EPEdit is an evaluation and comparison tool, which lets you compare software or services side by side.

You can assign an evaluation statement to each requirement fulfillment statement provided by the respective offeror. Thus, you have fine-grained control, and if there is reason to believe that an offeror's requirement fulfillment statement is inaccurate, you can overrule the offeror's statement.

Scores are automatically computed in real-time, based on values that you can specify. Thus, you can always gain insight into each product's strong and weak features.
