The RFP Response Worklist |

As previously mentioned, there is no direct relationship between Public RFP and RFP Response. Although an RFP Response document contains a reference to the Public RFP, neither document contains any file names. This is because documents may cross organization boundaries. As would be the normal case, the RFP-authoring organization creates the Public RFP and distributes it among multiple potential offerors.
When you create an RFP Response, an association between Public RFP and RFP Response(s) is established through the worklist. However, this relationship exists only as long as the Public RFP is in the worklist. When you remove a Public RFP from the worklist, the relationship disappears. Please note, however, that files are not physically deleted from disk when you remove items from the worklist.
It is generally recommended to use meaningful file names, so that you can easily discern which RFP Response(s) "belong" to which Public RFP (also see Recommendations).
