The RFP Response Evaluation Tree PDF Print E-mail

The RFP Response Evaluation Tree is the result of a virtual merge of:

  1. The Private RFP
  2. The respective offeror's RFP Response (the currently selected row in the RFP Responses table)
  3. The Evaluator's assessment of the RFP Response.

The RFP Response Evaluation Tree (RFP Tree for short) looks very much like the Evaluation Specification Tree. Only the header node (root node) is different.

RFP TreeThe number of RFP Trees in an Evaluation Project corresponds to the number of RFP Responses. Whenever the table row selection in the RFP Responses table changes, the RFP Tree associated with the RFP Response replaces the previously displayed RFP Tree.

A graphical symbol indicates that a Requirement has not been verified. Once a Requirement is marked verified, the graphical symbol disappears. This gives you a visual cue which Requirements still need to be processed.
