The Request For Proposal Response Editor (RFPREdit) comes in two flavors:
- The Standard Edition
- The Offeror Edition
Standard Edition
You would use the Standard Edition in order to self-prepare RFP Responses, which you would normally do in the following situations:
- A potential offeror is not willing or unable to prepare an RFP Response;
- You wish to perform an internal evaluation without any third-party involvement.
The Standard Edition allows you to create as many RFP Responses for a Public RFP as you wish. RFPs and RFP Responses are displayed in a tree structure in the worklist.
Offeror Edition
The Offeror Edition is intended to be used by potential offerors, who have received a Public RFP. Since there is a 1-to-1 relationship between Public RFP and RFP Response, an offeror will see a RFP/RFP Response association table in the worklist.
