Performing Score Analysis |

You can generate an Evaluation Profile for each RFP Response in order to perform score analysis. Once you
have selected a table row in the "RFP Responses" table, you can select
the "Show RFP Response Evaluation Profile" menu item in the "View" menu.
Apart from the offeror's name, you will be provided with the following information:
- Type: Requirement Group (G) or Requirement (R)
- Name: Requirement Group name or Requirement name
- Level: Requirement Level
- Offeror's Score: The score computed based on the offeror's assessment
- Evaluator's Score: The score computed based on the evaluator's assessment
- Processed: Indicates whether the evaluator has assigned a requirement fulfillment grade
- Diagnostics: An icon indicates some condition that deserves your attention.
Requirement Groups and Requirements are listed in a table. Scores are computed based on both the offeror's and the evaluator's Requirement Fulfillment statements. This helps you quickly identify requirements where you have seen the need to overrule the offeror's Requirement Fulfillment statement.
Requirements that have already been processed are clearly indicated. If a Requirement has not been processed, the check box is not ticked and there is no horizontal bar in the "Evaluator's Score" column for the table row.
If a Requirement was assigned the "Must" or "Must not" Requirement
Level, a "Warning" icon is displayed if a Requirement is not fully met.
This makes it easy for you to determine whether Requirements that are
critical in the context of your evaluation are not met.
The "Score" columns graphically indicates fulfillment. The values inside the horizontal bar indicate
- Actual score value
- Maximum score value (if the Requirement were fully met)
- Ratio.
