Care was taken to ensure that Menu Items have the same meaning and are used in the same context throughout all EAS applications.
File Menu
Generic Menu Items

Description |
| Open <Entity> |
Opens a dialog window, which allows you to select an operating system file, which contains an OWL-encoded representation of the information entity (e.g. Evaluation Specification) that you wish to open and work with.
The information entity is also added to your worklist. When you restart the application, the information entity is included in the worklist and is automatically loaded into the application cache.

Creates a new tab and opens the information entity from the application cache. |
Remove <Entity> from Worklist
|
Removes the information entity from your worklist.
When you restart the application, you will see that the removed information entity is no longer included in the worklist. However, the file that contains the information entity is not physically deleted.

Close <Entity>
|
Removes the tab where the information entity is displayed. |
Save
|
Saves the current state of the information entity to disk.
|
Generate Report
|
Generates a report in PDF format from the information in the current tab.
|
| Exit |
Terminates the EAS application. |
Evaluation Specification Editor Menu Items

|
Downloads the selected Evaluation Specification from the central repository, creates a new tab and displays the Evaluation Specification.

Refresh Evaluation Specification List
|
Refreshes the list of Evaluation Specifications that are currently available in the central Evaluation Specification repository. |
Generate Private RFP
|
Generates a Private RFP from the current state of the Evaluation Specification. |
