You can generate a Public RFP once the Private RFP has been formally approved. Otherwise, the menu option is greyed out.
A Public RFP is a specific version of a Private RFP. While the structure is identical, it only contains information that a potential offeror needs to create an RFP Response.
The generation of a Public RFP does not require any information from the user. You only need to specify a directory and a file name.
