Evaluation Spreadsheet PDF Print E-mail

The Evaluation Spreadsheet is basically a matrix. You may picture it as a table with a number of rows and columns. Your requirement groups and requirements go into rows, while offerors go into columns.

As you create an Evaluation Project, you identify one Private RFP and one or more RFP Responses for import. The Private RFP, which contains an Evaluation Specification, provides the hierarchical structure for the Evaluation Spreadsheet. The RFP Responses are represented in columns.

Quite naturally, the appearance of the Evaluation Spreadsheet is different between the display screen and in a report.

When you view an Evaluation Spreadsheet on your display screen, you can point to a cell within the Evaluation Spreadsheet to find out about the actual values that are used to compute scores.
