Description |
Header
|
ES |
Contains general information about the Evaluation Specification.
|
Part
|
P |
Structures the document into its main components. A typical Evaluation
Specification may consist of the following parts: Introduction,
Requirements for Business Partners, and Product Requirements. However,
you can have as many parts as you wish, and you can give them titles
that best suit your needs.
|
Section
|
S |
A section is a means to structure content. Sections may be nested at an
arbitrary level, although it is considered good practice to not exceed
4 section levels.
|
| Paragraph |
T |
A paragraph is a self-contained unit of a discourse in a written text
dealing with a particular point or idea. You would just use paragraphs
in the same way as with your word processor. |
| Requirement Group |
G |
A requirement group is a specific type of section. It contains
information that is required for automated score computation. A
requirement group is assigned a group weight, which expresses the
relative importance of the requirement group and all contained
requirements. Requirement groups cannot be nested. |
Requirement
|
R |
A requirement is a singular documented need of what a particular
product, service or methodology should be or do. A requirement must be
precisely formulated and its meaning must be unequivocally understood
by the all involved parties (Evaluation Specification author, product
vendor, service provider, etc.).
