You can generate the following reports:

Generation output will be PDF (Portable Document Format) files, which you can open with Adobe Reader (the software is available as a no-charge download from Adobe's web site, and allows the viewing and printing of PDF files).

Private RFP Documentation

Documentation encompasses all information included in the Private Request for Proposal (RFP). The Private RFP forms the basis for the Evaluation Project as a whole.

Public RFP Documentation

Documentation encompasses information included in the Public Request for Proposal (RFP). In other words, it represents information that is provided to potential offerors.

RFP Response Documentation

The report merges the Public RFP document with the RFP Response currently selected in the RFP Responses table in the Evaluation project window.

Evaluation Project Documentation

The report provides comprehensive documentation on all aspects of the Evaluation Project. The following snipped of the table of contents shows the basic report structure.
