Once you have created an Evaluation Project, you will see a window on your display screen, which looks a bit complex at first sight. It contains the following views:

• The RFP Response List View: The table lists all RFP Responses that are included in the Evaluation Project;
• The RFP Tree View: You can view the hierarchical structure of the RFP, on which each RFP Response is based on;
• The Evaluation Context Details View: When you select a tree node, you will be provided with detail information about the tree object;
• The Evaluation Spreadsheet View: Requirement Groups and Requirements form the rows in the spreadsheet, whereas RFP Response Evaluations form the columns.
