EAS Download Package for Offerors
In addition, there is a specific RFPREdit edition, which is intended to be used by offerors (Request for Proposal Response Editor - Offeror Edition (RFPREdit-OE)). This application is available as a separate download.
About Application Behavior
You will notice that it takes an application a bit longer to start up when it is started for the first time. This is because an EAS Application creates a Preferences (Settings) file if it does not find one in the user's home directory. In addition, a License Database is created if it does not exist.
