An Evaluation Specification is a structured document. From a general perspective, it forms the basis for the comparison of products, services and methodologies.

A Requirements Package (RP) contains a set of requirements, which can be imported into Evaluation Specifications. An RP will prove beneficial for organizations, such as consulting firms, that occasionally or frequently create Evaluation Specifications.
