You first load the Private RFP, which forms the basis for the product comparison. Next, you load all RFP Responses that you have received so far. Of course, you can add individual RFP Responses at any time later on.
You will notice that it is possible to pre-qualify RFP Responses. When you hit the respective button, a window will come up, providing a score value, which indicates the ratio between maximum nominal score and the actual score. You can then decide whether you want to include the RFP Response.
Once you have loaded the Private RFP and the RFP Responses, you give the Evaluation Project a name and save it. The Evaluation Project shows up in the work list. When you open the Evaluation Project, you will see a new tab being created.
All RFP Responses included in the Evaluation Project are listed in the left panel.
