An RFP Response contains header data, such as the RFP preparer's address details, and a Requirement Fulfillment Statement per Requirement. Thus, there is a 1:1-association between Requirement and Requirement Fulfillment Statement.
Step 4: Creating an RFP Response
To create an RFP Response, you need to start the RFP Response Editor (RFPREdit).
There are two flavors of the RFP Response Editor: The Standard Edition is meant to be used by business analysts, who want to do an evaluation without offeror participation. The Offeror Edition, which has a slightly different worklist interface, is targeted at offerors, who are requested to prepare an RFP Response by an RFP issuer organization.
The Standard Edition is used for this demo. It is assumed that a business analyst wants to create an RFP Response.
This demo starts with an empty worklist. A Public RFP is opened, and in the next step a new RFP Response is prepared.
The only task left is to save the RFP Response. This is not part of this demo.
