The Evaluator's Application Suite (EAS) supports the entire evaluation process, from authoring an Evaluation Specification to comparing RFP Responses received from one or more sources. Potential sources are software vendors, service providers (e.g. consulting firms), and even sources from within the organization.

Offerors are part of the evaluation process. The RFP Response Editor application is available for free download and can be used by offerors for the preparation of RFP Responses.
