Vendors receive a Public RFP in the form of an electronic document. A manager would assign the preparation of an RFP Response to a product specialist, who loads the Public RFP into the RFP Response Editor and assigns fulfillment statements to each requirement.

When the RFP Response has been completed, it will be subjected to a thorough review before it is sent back to the RFP issuer organization.
