The Evaluation Project Editor provides the RFP Response Evaluator with a comprehensive view. For each RFP Response, the Evaluation Project Editor creates an RFP Response Evaluation view, which merges the Private RFP and the offeror's RFP Response. Thus, the RFP Response Evaluator can view the RFP details and the offeror's RFP Response data.

The RFP Response Evaluator's task is to assign requirement fulfillment statements to the offeror's requirement fulfillment statements. The RFP Response Evaluator can just accept an offeror's requirement fulfillment statement, or she/he can assign a different fulfillment statement if the offeror's statement is thought to be incorrect.

The Evaluation Project Editor computes scores in real-time to keep the RFP Response Evaluator informed about the relative standings of the RFP Response Evaluations.

It is up to the RFP Response Evaluator whether RFP Response Evaluations are performed 'horizontally' (one RFP Response Evaluation after the other), 'vertically' (one Requirement after the other), or in whatever sequence (most important requirements first, most promising RFP Responses first, etc).
